Candidate GeoPackage

Primary output: results/senbygg_improved/<area>_detected.gpkg. It contains candidate geometries plus S1/S2/coherence flags, estimated dates/years, and final fused status.

change_date.tif	Estimated change date as days since epoch.

run_metadata.json	Parameters, scene counts, coverage reports, output paths.

vectorize_results.py converts flagged_mask.tif into cluster polygons. Those clusters are anomaly blobs, not building footprints.
