Shared geospatial/SAR infrastructure: CDSE openEO connection, Sentinel-1 GRD requests, S1 satellite coverage reporting, WGS84/UTM geometry helpers, NetCDF parsing, rasterized polygon masks, local polygon aggregation, client-side ASC/DESC splitting, pixel-level seasonal detection, and GeoTIFF writing.

Some VITO/CDSE orbit-filtered or aggregate_spatial jobs have historically had download/geometry issues. The code works around this by downloading combined cubes and doing orbit split or polygon aggregation locally.
