fkb_tiltak_change_detection.py is an earlier polygon-median S1 detector using local aggregation, one-harmonic seasonality, absolute residual z-scores, and persistence detection.

fkb_tiltak_cusum.py is an experimental pixel-wise CUSUM detector aggregated to polygons using robust scaling, Mahalanobis VV/VH fusion, Page's CUSUM, and polygon alarm fractions.

fkb_tiltak_diff.py compares annual FKB-Tiltak snapshots by lokalid; merge_nearby_polygons.py dissolves fragmented nearby candidates.
